Cancellations Policy: We will retain 100 € for administration costs for cancellations before 28th February 2026. There will be no refunds after that date. You can find another participant to take your place. If you transfer your booking to someone else, please let us know and provide their name, email address, and country to the Secretariat, Saranda Rexha, info@congress.eabp.org. You should also arrange payment from the new delegate, to you, yourself.; We will not be able to help cover costs you have because of travel disruptions. We encourage you to have your own travel insurance.
Privacy Policy: As a congress participant, I agree not to disclose any confidential information about clients and congress participants revealed. I agree to abide by any confidentiality agreements set by an individual workshop leader.
